Mosman – House
2010
This Federation house located in a Heritage Conservation Area of Mosman, undertook a large renovation to the kitchen and bathrooms of the existing ground floor, and included the addition of two bedrooms and a children’s rumpus room to the roof space.
This upper floor addition included several dormer windows to create light and space in the upper rooms. The staircase was designed to let light into the hallway and other skylights were added to let in light to some dark spaces.
The lighting was upgraded throughout the house, plus custom built joinery to all the rooms to create a clutter free house with three young boys!
