Bilgola House – 1

This 1980’s steel framed house on the Bilgola Escarpment overlooking Avalon was purchased in original condition by my clients. The house had not been upgraded since it was built and needed total refitting internally and minor repair work externally. The renovation work included all new electrical wiring and lighting, new flooring, new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and joinery in all rooms.

The kitchens and bathrooms, flooring and furniture were all done in a classic style in muted tones complementing the abundant natural light that fills the house.
