A Californian bungalow purchased by clients in near original condition was completely renovated including a new 2 storied split level addition at the rear – a Kitchen/Living Dining Room room on the ground floor, with Bedrooms, bathroom and study on the upper floor.

The Kitchen Living Room was designed to connect with the outdoor spaces on all three sides, sliding doors to the east and south connecting to timber decks and a glazed splash back in the kitchen to bring the afternoon sun into the Living spaces.
