Neutral Bay – Apartment

This project involved internal renovations to a 1980’s apartment.

The renovations included the removal of a spiral staircase and the design of new timber stairs with joinery underneath to house extensive audio visual equipment.

The upper loft level of the apartment was expanded and new desk and wardrobe joinery designed and installed. A new colour scheme was also devised.

Above the new stairs a skylight was installed. A new timber deck was laid over existing Pebblecrete pavers to improve the external aesthetic.
